It is a code violation for the cable clamp to directly contact the wires themselves rather than the outer cable sheathing. There should be at least 6 inches of free wire extending into the box for connection purposes; 8 to 10 inches is even better.

The water got into boxes in the ceiling, it ran through the emt like a drain pipe and was coming out of the switch and outlet boxes, the ceiling lights were full of water. Although the several devices were damaged it had no long term effect on any of the wire nut connections.

Last year they butchered my hedge and made a real mess of the area around the box, which is my property. I left phone messages with their complaints line, but got no response. We don‘t even use BT. Can I get them to move it? And how do I do this?
