If you pickup the not-working turret and put it back down again, it should be fixed. This bug was due to an issue in v188.1 that turrets didn't require power and now they do . It started when I moved one turrent and tried to place it near and on an electric junction box. No power. Power grid is still intact cause every other item that requires power still .
