There are only 4 wires with the same connectors and those are under the manifold for the PCV heater circuit. The rest are different connectors that are perfect length to where they go to. . I don't recognize anything that long coming from under there nor that box. There's a big rats nest bolted onto the underside, but that's all feed lines for the DISAs, crank position .

The alternator is fed from below on the 328i. There is a cable that comes from the front of the head just below the VANOS assemby that has a male connector end with 3 conductors. The MAF connector also is a male connector with 3 conductors. I'm having a similar problem. My biggest issue seems to be the connector however, it has corroded pins. Anyone have any clue what the pinout is for the JBE connectors (lower connector mostly).

Has anybody removed the wiring harness junction box fixed to the intake manifold next to the throttle body? I'm following some guides here and all they say is "slide it away from throttle body while releasing tabs" I have attached the same image of the wiring harness conduit box. I have a 2003 BMW 330Ci. I took out my intake manifold to replace the starter. There are several connectors, one connects to the evap purge valve, resonance flap, idle control valve, and throttle housing. I had figured those out. There are only 4 wires with the same connectors and those are under the manifold for the PCV heater circuit. The rest are different connectors that are perfect length to where they go to. Which wire?

Could you advise on how to remove this set of juction boxes as per image below ? Looks like a main box (whitened on the picture below) on which three additional, smaller ones aggregate.
